Jerry Djangmah

Jerry, the Founder and Managing Partner of MergeOne, has extensive experience in project and infrastructure finance advisory and capital raising covering various sectors including oil and gas, power, heavy industries, telecoms, transport infrastructure, and mining and has structured and arranged over US$ 3bn of financing from local and international financial institutions for projects in the sub-region.

Prior to MergeOne, Jerry was a Vice President at the Africa Finance Corporation where he led a significant number of transactions in oil and gas, power, heavy industries, and transport infrastructure. Prior to AFC, he was a Vice President at Citigroup where he also led a significant number of corporate and project finance transactions, primarily in the infrastructure space.

He has an extensive network of equity investors, leading local and international financial institutions and multinational companies focused on Africa.

Jerry holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA, a Postgraduate Diploma in Actuarial Science from City University, London, UK, and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Science & Technology, Ghana.

Jerry currently sits on the Board of UBA Ghana as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
