The project is located at the Port of Takoradi and is being developed by IbisTek Ghana Limited.

The project involves the phase 1 development of a container and multipurpose terminal at the port of Takoradi

The scope of works includes ;

• 600m of container and multipurpose quay, quay furniture, provision for future STS cranes on quay apron;
• Dredging (Berth pockets, navigation areas, and access to the navigation channels at a level of 16m CD);
• Site clearance and demolition works; and
• Reclamation edge protection (to protect the terminal and reclamation against erosion).

Construction is currently ongoing and expected to be completed by December 2022.

MergeOne successfully raised approximately US$210 Million structured as US$100 Million in equity capital and US$110 Million in senior debt and subordinated debt.
